Because of numerous requests for handmade butter dishes, SWD Pottery Works has recently added hand  thrown  butter dishes to its list of products.  These wheel thrown butter dishes keep the butter fresh as well as providing an attractive way to serve butter.  These stoneware butter dishes can also function as  cheese domes.

Special orders can be placed for smaller hand thrown butter dishes.  Please contact Susan directly for special requests.

All of these handmade pottery butter dishes  are individually hand thrown and unique in size and shape. Therefore, the handmade butter dish that you receive may not be exactly like the one you see.
