If the item is in stock it will ship within 5 business days, otherwise we will notify you about expected delivery.

Because of difficulty in estimating shipping, you will receive a refund if we have significantly overestimated. Estimated shipping costs are for deliveries within the lower 48 states within the continental United States. You will have to inquire for other delivery costs.

Shipping costs per address are: $.01 to $19.99 - 50%, $20.00 to $29.99 - 36%, $30 to $39.99 - 33%, $40 to $49.99 - 30%, $50 and up - 22% (of website pottery cost) within Continental United States.   I am sorry for the high cost of shipping items under $20.00 but shipping costs for small packages demand that increase.   *If the buyer supplies an incorrect address, buyer will pay any additional shipping costs.

If you are not satisfied with your order, please notify me within 10 days. You may return it for a refund or exchange except for "SKY" pieces and special orders. All "SKY" pieces are made to order and are not returnable. Shipping costs are not reimbursed.  The buyer is responsible for packing the item so that it arrives intact.  Insurance is suggested.
